If you contact us by email, we retain that correspondence for up to 3 years to handle follow-up questions and resolve disputes.

2.3 Website analytics

Our website may use anonymised, aggregated analytics (page views, browser type, country) to improve content. No advertising identifiers or cross-site tracking are used.

2.4 The desktop application

Trust collects no data whatsoever during use. It does not access the internet after the one-time license activation check. No recordings, screenshots, keystrokes, or usage statistics are ever transmitted.
