Does Trust require an internet connection?

No. After initial installation and one-time license activation, Trust operates completely offline. No data ever leaves your machine during recording.

What Windows versions are supported?

Trust supports Windows 10 (64-bit, version 1903 or later) and Windows 11. 32-bit systems are not supported.

Can I try before I buy?

All plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee. Purchase, download, and if you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 7 days for a full refund — no questions asked.

How many PCs can I install Trust on?

Starter: 1 PC. Pro: up to 3 PCs. Business: up to 10 PCs. A license is tied to one active installation at a time; you can deactivate and move it.

Does recording affect game or app performance?

When hardware acceleration is enabled (NVENC, AMD VCE, or Intel Quick Sync), CPU overhead is minimal. Most modern systems can record 4K @ 60fps with less than 3% CPU impact.

What output formats are supported?

MP4, AVI, MOV, MKV, GIF, WebM, and WMV. The Starter plan supports MP4 and AVI. Pro and Business plans unlock all formats.

Can I record just a portion of my screen?

Yes. You can record the full screen, a specific application window, or draw a custom region with the region selector. The region can be resized and repositioned before recording starts.

How do I update Trust?

Trust checks for updates on launch (when internet is available). You can also download the latest installer from trust.online and install over the existing version — your settings and license are preserved.

Is VAT included in the prices?

Prices shown are exclusive of VAT. Applicable VAT will be added at checkout based on your billing country.
